Euston Square Hotel is a contemporary boutique-style hotel in a fantastic central London location (Zone 1) within a short walk to Euston & Kings Cross St Pancras stations, the British Museum, Oxford Street, West End Theatres and Regents Park. Please note for all reservations (bookings) are charged at time of booking confirmation and cannot be cancelled, amended, transferred and/or refunded. The only exception to this is for reservations booked under the ‘Best Available Rate’ (BAR) which have a 72 hours cancellation policy and can therefore be cancelled, amended or refunded if the hotel is notified and the matter is agreed more than 72 hours prior to 14:00 on the earliest day of arrival for the reservation. Late cancellation will incur the full charge for the reservation.
A cancellation number must be obtained as proof of cancellation.
‘No Show’ Policy:
A guest is deemed to be a ‘no-show’ if the guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the designated earliest arrival date for the reservation. In other words, the reservation becomes a ‘no-show’ at 00:01 on the day after the earliest arrival date for the reservation. In this case, the guest will be charged for the full value of the reservation and the reservation will be cancelled immediately.
If a guest expects to arrive after the ‘no show’ deadline, the guest must inform the hotel and request written agreement for the intended late arrival in order to avoid being charged for the reservation and having it cancelled.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy:
Check-in from 2:00 p.m. on arrival date and check-out before 11:00 a.m. on departure date. Late checkout after 11:00 a.m. will be charged at the currently prevailing rate for the room on the day of check-out.
The credit/debit card used to confirm the reservation must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.
Children & Extra Guest Details:
No extra guests are permitted to stay in any of the guest rooms except for an infant under the age of two in accordance with the guidelines below.
One infant under 2 years old may stay free in the same room as parents with the prior written agreement of the hotel management. We do not advise children under 16 years old staying in a room without a parent/guardian. We do not offer discounted child rates.
Group Reservation Policy:
Any related/associated reservations for more than 4 rooms is considered a Group Booking whether booked as a single reservation or booked as separate individual reservations. A related/associated reservation is one where the hotel reasonably considers the bookings to share stay, payment or guest characteristics or where it considers the guests to know each other. The Hotel reserves its right of discretion in determining such matters and its decision is final in such matters.
The standard/default Group Booking policy is that a Group Booking is charged at the time of booking confirmation and it cannot be amended, cancelled and/or refunded. The hotel ‘No Show’ policy applies to Group Bookings.
Right to refuse accommodation and services:
The Hotel reserves its right in its sole reasonable discretion to refuse accommodation and/or any other services to any guest it considers inappropriate and/or unsuitable, and/or where provision of accommodation and/or services my cause injury or harm to the guest and/or the Hotel.
General Terms & Conditions:
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings at Euston Square Hotel made directly online, via phone or through a travel agent or distribution partner (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc.). Please note that for promotional bookings the relevant additional terms and conditions should be consulted as well.
All rates offered by the Euston Square Hotel and/or its approved travel agents and/or distribution partners are offered subject to availability and Euston Square Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.
Euston Square Hotel offers a choice of rates. All prices are subject to availability and Euston Square Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason including reasonable human and/or machine error.
Our packages and pricing will fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Your price is guaranteed once you have been given a confirmation number.
For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges that you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the hotel's bar and other facilities and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and/or at intervals during your stay and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with Euston Square Hotel that you irrevocably authorise Euston Square Hotel to debit your credit or debit card (see 'Deposits and Pre-payments' below) for the amount of any shortfall.
Prices for accommodation include single, twin or double bedrooms with colour TV, direct dial telephone and private en-suite bathroom. Some rates may include continental breakfast. We do not charge for WiFi or broadband internet access and these services are offered subject to availability and are not included in the prices quoted. There is no refund for meals not taken by guests and lunch cannot be taken in place of dinner or vice versa.
For operational reasons, it may be that all or part of the hotel will not be open and guests may have to be moved to another hotel. Where this is the case, such move shall only be to a room of at least an equivalent standard.
The Hotel expects a certain reasonable level of conduct, behavior and dress-code to apply to all guests. Failure to meet these expectations may result in guests being asked to leave the hotel without any compensation or refund.
The hotel offers modified facilities for guests with impaired mobility. Other facilities, whilst not having special modifications, have mainly level access to public areas and accessible bathrooms. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with the hotel in advance that their requirements can be met. Please call the hotel direct for details.
The hotel does not allow any pets on the premises. Guide dogs can be accommodated with their owners with the prior written agreement of the hotel management and extra charges may apply.
If you make a booking through www.euston-square-hotel.com, direct with the hotel or with an approved travel agent and/or distribution partner, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid debit/credit card if booked on Best Available Rates, or to prepay if booked on our other promotional rates. Payment is taken at time of confirmation of booking.
For reservations made directly with the hotel, payment can be made in advance by BACS / bank transfer with the prior written agreement of the hotel management. Payment must reach the hotel bank account within 5 days after confirmation of booking and prior to the arrival date. Please contact the hotel to agree the arrangement and to obtain bank account and transfer details.
Prior to your departure and/or at intervals during your stay, you will be required to settle your bill.?On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to take pre-authorisation for any charges not already processed and/or for any further charges you may incur during or after your stay. If you are settling your account in cash, you will still be required to provide a credit/debit card to guarantee these charges, but you may additionally be asked for a deposit. Euston Square Hotel accepts all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfill particular requests that you may make in relation to your stay with us, please note that these requests do not form part of our contract and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation,?we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:
- accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
- make alternative arrangements; or
- cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to Euston Square Hotel in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for?any changes to or the cancellation of any reservation.
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the same time or as soon as possible during your stay.
Problems which cannot be resolved at that time, should be notified as soon as possible, and no later than 5 days after the issue of complaint occurred, in writing to Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Euston Square Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to attempt to exclude or limit Euston Square Hotel’s liability for the death or personal injury of any person caused by the negligence of Euston Square Hotel or its employees, servants or agents or to attempt to exclude or limit Euston Square Hotel’s liability in any manner which would be unlawful.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Euston Square Hotel is situated.
